Charlie Hamill

Charlie Hamill is a financial professional who joined Solid Rock Financial Partners in September 2025. He specializes in helping mid-career families and pre-retirees put the wealth they’ve accumulated to work toward a long and prosperous retirement.

Charlie is also a former business owner in the hospitality industry and music recording studios in Charlotte and Austin, Texas. He brings this experience to his work every day, helping business owners navigate the complex challenges they face.

Charlie takes a holistic approach with his clients, considering all aspects of their lives—not just the numbers. He believes important financial decisions should be made thoughtfully, with a full understanding of each individual’s unique situation. He is passionate about helping people and making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Originally from Roanoke, Virginia, Charlie enjoys spending time at home with Jen and their three pets—Basil, Levi and Hazel. He enjoys working on his home, cooking, and playing music in his home studio. Charlie and Jen love the outdoors and travel whenever they can. They attend St. John’s Episcopal Church in Roanoke and stay active in the community through volunteer work and local organizations.
